İzinler: Fotoğraf, kamera ve dosya erişimi yalnızca sen bir fotoğraf ya da PDF seçtiğinde kullanılır. Bildirim izni yalnızca çalışma hatırlatmaları içindir.
Toplamadığımız veriler: kesin konum, rehber, mikrofon, tarama geçmişi ve kart bilgileri. Ödemeleri Apple ve Google işler, kart bilgilerini biz hiç görmeyiz.
Rodi ile üret'i kullandığında, seçtiğin içerik sunucumuz üzerinden Google Cloud Vertex AI'daki Gemini modellerine gönderilir. Google bu içeriği model eğitmek için kullanmaz. Kötüye kullanımı tespit etmek için sınırlı bir süre kayıt tutabilir. Biz gönderilen içeriği saklamayız, yalnızca üretilen sonuç hesabına kaydedilir. İlk kullanımda iznini isteriz. İzni Ayarlar'dan geri alabilirsin, bu durumda yalnızca Rodi ile üret çalışmaz.
Verin yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gereken hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılır. Bu sağlayıcılar veriyi bizim adımıza, kendi sözleşmeleri çerçevesinde ve bu politikadakine eşdeğer bir korumayla işler.

Kanunen zorunlu olduğu durumlar dışında verini başka kimseyle paylaşmayız.
Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın sunucuları Türkiye dışındadır. Veritabanımız Firebase'in AB bölgesindedir. Sunucu işlemleri ABD'de, yapay zekâ istekleri Google'ın küresel altyapısında, abonelik bilgisi RevenueCat'in ABD'deki sunucularında işlenebilir. Bu aktarımlar KVKK madde 9 ve GDPR'a uygun şekilde, hizmet sağlayıcıların standart sözleşme hükümleri gibi güvencelere dayanır. Yapay zekâ özelliği için ayrıca açık rızana dayanır.
Veriler şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS/TLS) üzerinden taşınır. Buluttaki içeriğine erişim kurallarla yalnızca sana açıktır. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir, ama verini korumak için makul önlemleri alırız.
RodiNote 13 yaş ve üstü içindir. Ülkendeki dijital rıza yaşının altındaysan (AB'de ülkeye göre 13–16), uygulamayı velinin izniyle kullanmalısın. 13 yaş altındaki bir çocuğa ait veri olduğunu öğrenirsek o veriyi sileriz. Ücretsiz sürümdeki reklamlar, bu yaş grubuna uygun içerik derecesiyle sınırlandırılmıştır.
KVKK madde 11 ve GDPR kapsamında şu haklara sahipsin: verine erişmek, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini istemek, işlemeye itiraz etmek veya işlemeyi kısıtlatmak, verini taşınabilir biçimde almak, verdiğin rızayı geri çekmek. Başvurunu rodinotesupport@gmail.com adresine gönderebilirsin, en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Şikâyet için Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na, AB'de ülkendeki veri koruma otoritesine başvurabilirsin. Kişisel veri satmayız (Kaliforniya, CCPA).
Hesabını uygulamadan ya da e-postayla nasıl sileceğin ve nelerin silindiği Hesap silme sayfasında anlatılıyor.
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel hali her zaman bu sayfadadır ve tarihi en üstte yazar. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde de duyurabiliriz.

Permissions: Photo, camera and file access are used only when you pick a photo or PDF. Notification permission is used only for study reminders.
What we don't collect: precise location, contacts, microphone, browsing history or card details. Payments are handled by Apple and Google; we never see your card.
When you use Create with Rodi, the content you choose is sent through our server to Gemini models on Google Cloud Vertex AI. Google doesn't use it to train models; it may keep logs for a limited time to detect abuse. We don't store the content you send; only the generated result is saved to your account. We ask for your permission on first use. You can withdraw it in Settings, and then only Create with Rodi stops working.
Your data is shared only with the service providers the app needs to work. They process it on our behalf, under their own agreements, with protection equivalent to this policy.

We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Our providers' servers are outside Türkiye. Our database is in Firebase's EU region. Server operations run in the US, AI requests may be processed on Google's global infrastructure, and subscription data on RevenueCat's servers in the US. These transfers rely on safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses, in line with KVKK Article 9 and the GDPR, and for the AI feature also on your consent.
Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and access rules make your cloud content available only to you. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
RodiNote is for users aged 13 and over. If you're under the age of digital consent in your country (13 to 16 in the EU, depending on the country), use the app with a parent's permission. If we learn that we hold data from a child under 13, we delete it. Ads in the free version are limited to content ratings suitable for this age group.
Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR, you can access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent. Email rodinotesupport@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. You can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority. We do not sell personal information (California, CCPA).

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top. We may also announce important changes in the app.
