Bu koşullar, RodiNote uygulamasını kullanan sen ile uygulamayı geliştiren ve yayınlayan Robin Öztunç arasındaki ilişkiyi düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanmamalısın.
RodiNote; not, deste ve test oluşturabildiğin, oyunlar ve aralıklı tekrarla çalışabildiğin, hazır şablon içerikleri kullanabildiğin bir çalışma uygulamasıdır. Rodi ile üret özelliği yapay zekâyla kart, not ve soru üretir.
RodiNote'u kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın. Ülkendeki dijital rıza yaşının altındaysan velinin izni gerekir. Uygulamayı misafir olarak ya da Google veya Apple hesabınla kullanabilirsin. Hesabın kişiseldir, onu satamaz ya da devredemezsin. Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun.
Özellikler ve sınırlar zamanla değişebilir. Güncel hali her zaman uygulamada gösterilir.
Oluşturduğun ve yüklediğin içerik sana aittir. Bize yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için (saklamak, cihazların arasında eşitlemek, istediğinde yapay zekâyla işlemek) sınırlı bir kullanım izni verirsin. Yüklediğin içeriğin başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmemesi senin sorumluluğundadır.
Rodi'nin ürettiği içerik hatalı, eksik ya da güncel olmayabilir. Kullanmadan önce kaynağınla karşılaştır. Sınav, sağlık, hukuk ya da para gibi önemli kararlarda tek kaynak olarak kullanma. Ürettiğin içerik senin içeriğin olur.
Şablonlardaki desteler, notlar ve testler RodiNote'a aittir. Bunları kendi çalışman için kullanabilirsin, ama kopyalayıp dağıtamaz ya da satamazsın. Şablonlar yardımcı tekrar materyalidir, resmî müfredatın ve ders kitaplarının yerini tutmaz. Hata görürsen bize bildir.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Kast ve ağır ihmalden doğan sorumluluk ile tüketici olarak kanundan doğan hakların saklıdır.
Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulamadan silebilirsin. Bu koşulları ciddi şekilde ihlal edersen hesabını askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz. Hizmeti sonlandırmaya karar verirsek bunu makul bir süre önce duyurur ve içeriğini dışa aktarabilmen için zaman tanırız.
Bu koşullar yalnızca seninle RodiNote arasındadır. Apple ve Google bu koşulların tarafı değildir, uygulamadan ve uygulamanın desteğinden sorumlu değildir. Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiysen Apple'ın standart lisans sözleşmesi (EULA) da geçerlidir ve Apple bu koşulların lehtar üçüncü tarafıdır.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel hali her zaman bu sayfadadır. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde de duyurabiliriz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında yerleşim yerindeki tüketici hakem heyetine veya tüketici mahkemesine başvurabilirsin. Yaşadığın ülkenin tüketicilere tanıdığı zorunlu haklar saklıdır.

These terms govern the relationship between you and Robin Öztunç, who develops and publishes RodiNote. By using the app, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
RodiNote is a study app where you create notes, decks and quizzes, study with games and spaced repetition, and use ready-made templates. Create with Rodi uses AI to generate cards, notes and questions.
You must be at least 13 to use RodiNote. If you're under the age of digital consent in your country, you need a parent's permission. You can use the app as a guest or with your Google or Apple account. Your account is personal; you may not sell or transfer it. You're responsible for keeping it secure.
Features and limits may change over time. The current details are always shown in the app.
The content you create and upload belongs to you. You give us a limited permission to use it only to provide the service: storing it, syncing it across your devices and, when you ask, processing it with AI. You're responsible for making sure your content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Content generated by Rodi may be incorrect, incomplete or out of date. Check it against your source before relying on it, and don't use it as the only source for important decisions such as exams, health, legal or financial matters. What you generate becomes your content.
The decks, notes and quizzes in Templates belong to RodiNote. You may use them for your own study, but you may not copy, distribute or sell them. Templates are supplementary review material and don't replace official curricula or textbooks. If you spot a mistake, let us know.
The app is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and your statutory rights as a consumer, are not affected.
You can delete your account in the app at any time. If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account. If we decide to discontinue the service, we'll announce it reasonably in advance and give you time to export your content.
These terms are between you and RodiNote only. Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the app or its support. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard license agreement (EULA) also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and we may announce important changes in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes may be brought before the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live. Any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
